All the staff at our guesthouse do their best for the comfort of our guests, but the cooperation of our guests is also essential. To this end, we consider it necessary to observe and adhere to the standards set forth below.

Check-in
Guests can pick up the room key at the front desk, which requires the registration of the guest (s) in the room. Registration means completing the application form accurately and verifying the guest's identity. For stateless persons and non-EU citizens, the presentation and surrender of stateless cards and passports is a legal requirement.
Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
If the room is occupied earlier, the pension is entitled to a surcharge specified in the confirmation.

Check-out
On the day of departure, the guest is required to leave the room with his luggage and checked-in baggage by 11:00 am and to hand over the keys he received at check-in to the front desk. 
In case of later departure, the pension is entitled to a surcharge as stated in the confirmation. 
The guest must pay for the stay at the guesthouse at the latest before departure from the guesthouse in the manner specified in the confirmation. 
In the event of a refusal to pay for any reason, the guest house is entitled to withhold and lien on the guest's property. 
In the event of an unpaid departure, the pension will be legally enforceable against the guest, at the police's expense, at the expense of the guest. 
The amount of the late payment and the unpaid fee will be charged to the guest's credit card. 

Visitors
The rooms of the guest house can only be registered at the reception. The guest is responsible for the behavior of the visitor, including possible damage. Liability for damage caused by the visitor to the guest and / or third party is excluded. 

The guest will charge a daily rate for the number of guests in the room reservation. 

Guests under 18 years
Children under the age of 14 may stay in the room only under the constant supervision of a parent or other person of his / her capacity to act. The child's companions are responsible for the child's health and the damage it causes. 

Guests under the age of 14 may use the services of the guesthouse only when accompanied by a parent or other person of their capacity. 

Persons under 18 years of age may not drink alcohol at the event. The parent of the person under the age of 18 and a person of his / her capacity to act are responsible for ensuring compliance with this obligation. The parent or a person legally incumbent on him or her shall be fully liable for the legal, moral and financial consequences of any breach of this obligation. 

Pension equipment
The guest is obliged to use the boarding house tools and equipment as intended. The guest shall compensate the guest for the damage caused by improper use, at the call of the guesthouse, but not later than before departure. 

The object of furnishing and equipment of the pension may only be removed from the territory of the pension with the prior written permission of the pension. Any rearrangement of the room of the guesthouse or the transfer of furniture may only be carried out by the staff member of the boarding house or his designated representative. 

Taking the property owned by the guest house without the prior written permission of the guest house is a crime and in this case the guest will take the necessary criminal and civil action. 

The guest is obliged to notify the guest of any damage to any of the boarding house's equipment, furnishings or equipment. The guest is not entitled to correct the error himself or to attempt to correct it. Liability for consequential damages shall be excluded. 

Wi-fi
The pension has a wi-fi system, which is free of charge. 
The guest will receive the wi-fi connection password upon check-in at the guesthouse upon receipt of the keys. 
The continuous operation and availability of wi-fi without interruption is not guaranteed by the guesthouse. 
The pension is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the guest's equipment or its contents while using or resulting from the use of Wi-Fi. The service is at the guests own risk and risk.

Safety

Things not allowed in the boarding house

The pension prohibits the entry of: 

  • things classified as flammable chemicals, substances in the current legislation,
  • substances classified as flammable and / or explosive in current legislation,
  • especially expensive, high value valuables, museum items,
  • fireworks, firecrackers and their parts and components,
  • waste, harmful to the environment, health,
  • psychotropic substance

The guesthouse may, upon prior written request of the guest, authorize the entry of non-permitted items into the boarding house.
If the guest enters into the boarding room without prior written permission of the guesthouse, the hotel may remove or remove it at the guest's expense.
The pension excludes liability for damage caused by unauthorized entry.
The guest is fully liable for any damage or injury caused by anything unauthorized entry to another guest, third party, or boarding house.

Smoking
The guesthouse is non-smoking. Accordingly, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the enclosed areas of the pension (including guest rooms), in public areas, and in all open areas of the pension, except designated smoking areas.
The staff of the guesthouse is entitled to warn guests and any other person in the area of the guesthouse to comply with this policy and to stop smoking and smoking electronic cigarettes. The guest or anyone in the area of the guest house is required to comply with this policy and to comply with any notice. If the hotel is fined by the competent authority for any unlawful conduct of any guest or other person in the boarding house, the boarding house shall have the right to transfer or demand payment of the fine from the person who has committed the offending conduct.

The staff at the boarding house will do room cleaning from 11 am onwards.

The "Don't disturb!" The pension shall not be liable for any damage or injury arising from the misuse of the warning board.

Daily cleaning
The guest house cleans the room once a day between 11:00 and 14:00. 
If, during this period, the room cleaners on the outside door handle “Do not disturb! Do not disturb "notice board, the room is not cleaned and the guest cannot claim a reduction or compensation. 
From the environmental point of view, only the towels placed on the bathroom floor are replaced.

Laundry, ironing
The guest house does not undertake laundry, ironing, dry cleaning. At the request of the guest, he arranges the laundry, ironing and dry cleaning of the guest's clothing. The guesthouse is only involved in organizing, laundry, etc. is not a contributor to the pension and is therefore not responsible for its work. 

Minibar
Products in the minibar are consumed for a fee. The current price list is at the top of the minibar.

Parking
Hotel guests can park their cars free of charge in the unguarded and unguarded parking lot of the guest house. 
The parking lot must be driven in accordance with the traffic regulations. The permitted speed of the vehicles is 5 km / h. 
If you wish to make use of the car park, you must indicate the vehicle registration number on the registration form at check-in. In the event of a refusal or failure to do so, the car park shall not be available. The guest is directly responsible to the injured party for any damage caused by the car parked by him / her.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast time: 8am to 10am. 
No food or drink may be taken out of the breakfast room for later consumption. If the guest withdraws food and / or drink for later consumption without prior permission of the guesthouse, the guesthouse is entitled to charge 50% of the breakfast price per person / occasion to the guest's account.

The guest's illness, death
If the guest becomes ill during the stay and is unable to act in his / her own interest, the pension will offer medical assistance. The guest shall use the medical assistance offered at his own risk and risk. The doctor is not an employee, agent, contributor to the boarding house, the board is not responsible for the diagnosis, the therapy applied or its consequences. In the event of illness / death of the guest, the pension requires reimbursement of expenses from the patient / deceased's relative, heir or bill payer; any medical and procedural costs, the consideration for services rendered prior to death, and any damage to equipment in connection with the illness / death. 

In the event of an infectious illness of the guest, the pension is entitled to terminate the service contract with immediate effect without refund or compensation. In this case the guest is obliged to leave the boarding house with his / her luggage at the expense of the time specified in the cancellation of the pension. In the case of an infectious disease, the pension is approved on 18/1998. (VI. 3.) NM. (This decree specifies what to do in the event of an infectious disease. According to the decree, if there is any suspicion, the guest will call a doctor and determine whether the guest is contagious or not.)

Abnormal behavior
For the sake of peace of mind, after 22:00 no sound, music, noise, noise, noise effects, interfering TV, radio, etc. are allowed in the pension area, except for events or programs organized or authorized by the pension. 
Any behavior or behavior that disturbs the peace, security, safety or privacy of others is forbidden in the pension area regardless of time; is or could be classified as harassment and is likely to intimidate others. 
The pension staff is entitled to warn the disturbing and / or loud guest. After multiple warnings, the pension is entitled to unilaterally terminate the service contract with immediate effect and to expel the guest from the pension without any obligation to pay back and / or compensation. 

The pension excludes liability for any damage caused by the conduct of the guest to another guest.

Lost and found
The found items can be deposited at the reception, where they will be registered. Food, food items, medicines are destroyed by the guesthouse. Stored items are kept for 3 months. If you are the rightful owner of the found item, you will be able to take over the item by providing and signing a proof of identity and reimbursing the costs of guarding. Items that cannot be preserved by the hotel because of their size, weight or other properties are immediately handed over to the notary by the local authority.

The pension is liable for damages
The pension shall be liable for any damage incurred by the guest during his / her stay in the hotel, except for the items excluded from the entry. 
In case of cash, securities, valuables, the pension is only obliged to compensate the damage if the guest has placed them in the safe of the pension. 
The guesthouse specifically calls the guest's attention to place cash, valuables and securities in the safe. 
The guesthouse is only liable for damages caused by the guest's other things entered, if the damage occurred in the place commonly used by the guest or open to the guest, for example: room, corridor, lobby, garden, parking. 

The pension shall be exempt from liability if it proves that the damage was caused by an unavoidable cause outside the scope of guests and staff or that the damage was caused by the guest himself. 

The guest uses and uses the equipment and services of the guest house in the proper manner, in the knowledge and knowledge of his / her own health, physical and mental state; pension excludes.

GDPR
The guesthouse will only disclose the guest's current, past and future stay in the guesthouse, including close relatives, with the prior written permission of the guest. This prohibition on information does not apply to requests for information under the law. 
The Guest acknowledges that the pension is required by law to provide the requesting authority with any personal information requested by the guest if requested by law. The hotel may not object to the provision of information based on legislation, official or court decisions.
